Code of Ethics
All International Gaia-Now Institute members
are required to agree to and abide by the following Code
of Ethics.
Competence:
The Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors agrees to always provide:

Gaia-Now
energy healing and personal development work to the highest
level of competence they are able to provide.

Personal
ongoing development to be maintained at the highest level.

Education and the refinement of our knowledge, shall be
an ongoing commitment of all members.
Confidentiality:
The
Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors agrees
that:

All
information that is discussed with a recipient within
the context of a Gaia-Now energy healing and personal
development session is confidential between the practitioner
and the recipient.

If information obtained during a Gaia-Now energy healing
and personal development session is legally required by
medical or legal authorities then the above clause will
be wavered at the discretion of the practitioner.

If
records are maintained, they shall likewise remain confidential
and not be released to third parties.
Consideration
and Integrity:
The
Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors
agrees to provide:

A
safe, self empowering and supportive environment for recipients
receiving this form of Gaia-Now energy healing and personal
development work or attunements and tuition.

To
treat each recipient with respect free from all bias of
any kind, and to uphold honesty and integrity in his or
her Gaia-Now energy healing and personal development practice.

To
work in an appropriate manner in accordance with the requirements
of each session.

Endeavour
to comply with the laws of the land wherever they live
in respect of their Gaia-Now energy healing and personal
development practices.
Disclosure
and Advertising:
The
Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors
agrees to:

Provide
each recipient with a brief written or oral description
of what is expected to happen during a Gaia-Now energy
healing and personal development session, it is also agreed
that Gaia-Now energy worker will not attempt to use this
modality to assist someone who does not wish to receive
it, irrespective of a third parties request.

Any recipient with serious illness or affliction shall
additionally be provided with a statement of the limitations
of Gaia-Now energy healing and personal development work,
that it is a natural healing practice which is not a substitute
for medical or professional care by suitably qualified
health care professionals.

Not
engage in any advertising that contains claims of misrepresentations
of the potential benefits of the Gaia-Now modality.

Not
make claims nor advertise it as an alternative or complimentary
therapy as such claims are misleading and incorrect.
Although healing and personal development
are an intricate part of the Gaia-Now energy workers remit,
members shall abstain from making any misleading comments
or advertisements referring to claims of cures, miracles
etc.
Referral to Health Care Professionals:
Since
Gaia-Now is a natural healing practice, the Gaia-Now energy
Students, Practitioners and Tutors
agree:

Not
to act in any professional capacity for which they are
not suitably qualified.

Not
to diagnose nor prescribe unless they are suitably qualified
to do so.
-
Not
interfere with treatment provided by a suitably qualified
health care provider.
Should a suitably qualified health care
provider request the Gaia-Now Students, Practitioners
and Tutors cooperation,
it shall be provided were appropriate with the consent of
the recipient.
