Code of Ethics
All International Gaia-Now Institute members
are required to agree to and abide by the following Code
of Ethics.
Competence:
The Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors agree that:

They
practice Gaia-Now energy healing and personal development
work to the highest level of competence they are able
to provide.

Personal
ongoing development is to be an ongoing process which
is maintained at the highest level.

Education, and the unfolding of our conceptual understanding,
shall be an ongoing commitment of all members.
Confidentiality:
The
Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors agree
that:

All
information that is discussed with a recipient within
the context of a Gaia-Now energy healing and personal
development session is confidential between the practitioner
and the recipient.

If
records are maintained, they shall likewise remain confidential
and not be released to third parties.
Consideration
and Integrity:
The
Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors
agree that:

They
will provide a safe, self empowering and supportive environment
for recipients receiving Gaia-Now energy healing and personal
development work and tuition.

To
treat each recipient with respect free from all bias of
any kind, and to uphold honesty and integrity in his or
her Gaia-Now energy healing and personal development practice.

To
work in an appropriate manner in accordance with the requirements
of each session, with the consent of the recipient.
Disclosure
and Advertising:
The
Gaia-Now Students,
Practitioners and Tutors
agree that:

They
will provide each recipient with a brief written or oral
description of what they can expect to happen during a
Gaia-Now energy healing and personal development session.
It is also agreed that a Gaia-Now energy worker will not
attempt to use this modality to assist someone who does
not wish to receive it, irrespective of a third parties
request.

Any recipient with serious illness or affliction shall
additionally be provided with a statement of the remit
of Gaia-Now energy healing and personal development work
- that it is a natural healing practice which works in
a natural way to manifest healing within the recipient.

It
is not within the training and remit of Gaia-Now energy
healing and personal development practitioners (unless
they are suitably qualified to function in that roll),
to advise healees about medication or medical treatments
offered by people who practice and offer medical science
orientated health care. Should the health problems that
a healee is experiencing appear to be caused by the medically
orientated treatments they are receiving, then they will
be referred back to discuss this with the medical provider.

They
will not engage in any advertising that contains claims
of misrepresentations of the potential benefits of the
Gaia-Now modality.

They
will not make claims nor advertise it as an alternative
or complimentary therapy as such claims are misleading
and incorrect. Natural healing practices have been around
since mankind has been on this planet. Modern new age
scientific based medical practitioners, who often use
unnatural means to promote health, are in reality offering
an unnatural alternative to natural healing practices.
Should a suitably qualified health care
provider request the Gaia-Now Students, Practitioners
and Tutors cooperation,
it can be provided where appropriate with the consent of
the recipient.
